Tube Laser Beveling Cutting Machine: Installation and Training in Malaysia
From November 23 to December 17， 2024, SENFENG engineer Xu Wenzhou traveled to Malaysia to assist the company’s local agent in delivering top-notch technical support to customers. This month, they primarily provided services for an important customer. The customer had purchased three pieces of SENFENG equipment: SF3015H 6kW fiber laser cutter, SF6025H 12kW fiber laser, and SF6035GNT tube laser beveling cutting machine.
As soon as the equipment arrived at the customer’s facility, Xu, along with the local agent, was on-site guiding the installation process. During the initial trial runs, a minor issue arose with the nitrogen cutting gas, resulting in the formation of liquid. After investigating, Xu discovered the problem was due to the customer using liquid nitrogen. He quickly fixed the issue by switching to gas nitrogen and adding the necessary accessories, allowing the machines to cut smoothly again.

On top of that, Xu adjusted the equipment based on the types and sizes of parts the customer frequently cuts, so they could easily use it for future jobs. Later, when the customer received a new order with special pipe specifications, Xu helped them create the drawings.
Once everything was set up, Xu spent a few more days at the facility, monitoring the machines’ stability and performance. Whenever an issue came up during production, Xu was there to help the customer resolve it right away.
Xu created a detailed training plan based on the customer’s part types, sizes, and production volume. This helped the technicians master the basic equipment operations, as well as daily maintenance and upkeep. With Xu’s guidance, the technicians practiced on-site, quickly addressing any issues. This ensured the customer could efficiently move forward with production.
The customer and agent were both extremely pleased with Xu’s technical support, which helped the customer quickly get their machines installed, debugged, and running efficiently. The training provided also ensured that the team could operate the equipment confidently and keep it in top condition.
