Fiber Laser Cutter: SENFENG Installs Plate Cutter in Morocco
In 2024, SENFENG, based on globally best-selling models, collected feedback from numerous overseas customers’ actual use before developing N Series Open-type Single-platform Sheet Laser Cutting Machine. We optimized the machine design and appearance, and upgraded its main configurations. As a result, this affordable machine not only improves cutting efficiency but also offers more options for users with limited budget.
Since its release, the N Series has enjoyed great popularity from overseas users and is now a best-seller in over 20 countries and regions worldwide, including African nations like Morocco. From Mar. 7 to 10, 2025, after completing a repair task in Fez, Morocco, our technical engineer Wang Guoshuai traveled to a customer’s city to assist with new machine unloading and installation.
With the help of the customer’s staff, 3015N was successfully installed in the designated workshop, and the power-on test was completed without any abnormalities. However, due to local power instability and frequent tripping of circuit breaker, the cutting test could not be carried out. Additionally, air compressor’s overload caused the circuit breaker to overheat, prompting the customer to urgently seek an electrician for circuit repair.
After the issue was resolved, Wang made a new commissioning for the new machine and cut 1-6mm stainless steel, 1-5mm carbon steel and 0.8-3mm brass on site, as well as a full sheet of 0.8mm brass successfully. In practice, its cutting speed exceeded the customer’s expectations, with precision meeting the original requirements. To ensure the customer could perform mass cutting, he also cut a full sheet of 3mm brass and 5mm carbon steel the next day, then, adjusted and saved technical parameters for 6-20mm carbon steel for later use. Besides, Wang decided to stay at the customer’s site for 1 extra day to resolve any unexpected issues that arose during production in time.
Within only 4 days after the new machine arrived at the customer’s site, Wang completed installation, debugging, inspection and cutting fleetly, helping the customer begin mass production quickly and gaining high recognition. The customer’s person in charge stated that despite the long distance from China to Africa and waiting time after placing order, it was all worth it and hoped that this machine would help them break current bottlenecks.
